Refund & Exchange Policy

At Balagan Vintage, we carefully inspect every item before it is listed and again before it is shipped. As each vintage and secondhand piece is one of a kind, all purchases are considered final.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where required by applicable law or if an order cannot be fulfilled.

Exchanges

If, despite our quality control process, you receive an item that has an undisclosed flaw or significantly differs from its photographs or description, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• The item must be unworn, unused, and returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all original tags (if applicable).

• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

• The issue must be verified by our team upon inspection of the returned item.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email whether your exchange request has been approved.

Approved exchanges may be made for:

• Another available item of the same value; or

• A higher-priced item by paying the price difference.

As all of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, exchanges are subject to product availability at the time the returned item is received and approved.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchange requests, including the return shipment and the shipment of the replacement item, unless the exchange is the result of an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item).
